Port looking to bounce back against hungry Dees at the GABBA

Woodville West Torrens are on top of the SANFL ladder and rightly so. They are playing highly efficient footy and have outdone each of their opponents in the last month. Their forward line is kicking as straight as an arrow – in their recent win against Glenelg, the leading goalkickers had 12 goals straight between them.

The eagles are muscling their way to a healthy lead at half time most weeks and holding firm once in front. They have also won every fourth quarter bar last week’s late wobble, showing they are prepared to start well and finish well. Only a pair of goals from Beau McCreery stopped them from winning back in Round 1; a game that, in hindsight, perhaps could have been won by the now high-flying eagles as well.
